You need to select the items you would like to send then choose how many of this total you would like to send over a specific period of time.
For example if I have 3 items selected, I can choose to send 1 out every 60 mins until all are sent. This way I know that after 3 hours all my scheduled tweets will have been sent and won’t have spammed my followers and kept to the 4 golden rules.

The members goodies include Blog widgets, Member buttons, Audio buttons and Unique Page Links. This staged page is automatically entered into the fflap classifieds – our trusted trading network directory. The directory is searchable and contains every fflap that is currently available on eBay. Its a destination for shoppers who need to know more about the people they are buying from.
4 Golden Rules
In order to grow your twitter following and enjoy the benefits of trusted trading, it is vital that you follow the 4 Golden rules of happy fflapping:
- Create a loyal Twitter following with meaningful, relevant content.
- Don’t spam your loyal followers else they desert you.
